    The Kintamani Highlands is an area of north-eastern Bali where most coffee is grown. It sits atop a large volcanic plateau between 1300-1700 meters altitude. The use of pesticides is strictly prohibited and all fertilizers are 100% organic.

    The Subak Abian is a traditional farming structure organization in Bali, similar to a farming cooperative.

    MEDIUM ROAST – We’ve used our Balanced Profile to balance the different flavors of this coffee. The sweet, round mouthfeel balances well with the bright acidity and milk chocolate flavors.

    REGION
    Siquatepeque is a growing city in the Comayagua Region in Central Honduras. This area is known as one of Honduras’ biggest fruit, vegetable and coffee producing areas thanks to the mild climate and ample rainfall.

    PRODUCER
    COHORSIL Cooperative was formed in 1980 by a group of 12 vegetable farmers. Their goal was to improve the quality of their produce through transparent administration and achievements to get more producers to adopt the same principles. They value honesty, responsibility, solidarity, respect, tolerance, equity, integrity and commitment.

    Minas Gerais is a state in the north of Southeastern Brazil. The Mogiana coffee region, in Valle de Grama, hugs the south-western border of the state. The area is known for its rich red soil and possesses several unique microclimates that produce varying flavor profiles for the coffees grown there.

    Bururi is one the eighteen provinces of Burundi. The Burambi Commune is located approximately 2 hours from Bujumbura, the capital of Burundi.

    The Bumoco Society owns and operates the Nyamasaka and Nyagashiha washing stations where cherries are collected from over 200 small farmholders of the Burambi and Buyengero communes.
